The recipient of international acclaim, Vittorio de Sica's Italian Neorealist masterwork, THE BICYCLE THIEF, is a treasure of world cinema. After nearly two years of unemployment, Antonio (Lamberto Maggiorani) finally finds work posting bills. But he needs a bicycle to do the job. But when the bike is stolen on his first day of work, he must comb the streets of Rome in search of the bike: his family's only means to survival. Clutch Cargo Cartoon Collection - Vol. 1 (DVD)

This collection includes nine episodes of the innovative cartoon series, which featured a total of 52 episodes overall. Revolving around an adventurer named Clutch Cargo (and his pals: Spinner, Paddlefoot, bicycle cargo trailer and Swampy), the series was the first to use the Synchro-Vox animation system. Created by combining still animation cells with footage of live actor's mouths, this technique (which would later be used for comic purposes in shows such as LATE NIGHT WITH CONAN O'BRIEN) made the show unique.
